Wonder & Grow was created to spark wonder, play, and wellness by mindfully guiding people in wild and wonderful places. We use gentle movement, activities that encourage play, guided sensory experiences, and time for reflection and connection! In previous careers, we both lived in the frantic DC area and experienced feelings of being stuck, overwhelmed and were physically and mentally unhealthy. We began incorporating meditation, yoga, and nature walks into our daily lives, and our health transformation began. We are Kripalu Certified Mindful Outdoor Guides and yoga instructors.
