OPEN TO ALL - THE YOUNG AND YOUNG AT HEART
A 90-Minute Event will include: - Warm-up yoga - A playful activity in nature (nature art, games, naturalist skills, or exploration) - calming practices to encourage present moment awareness and whole-body wellness - A time for connection with friends
