Come join Wonder & Grow's Mindful Outdoor Guides to celebrate summer as we soak in the sun and this season of life!
We will enjoy time in our bodies with yoga and natural movement, lead an empowering meditation, enjoy a mindful nature walk, community connection, and will close our time with summer refreshments.
