Service Description

This short practice will teach you the fundamentals of Kundalini Awakening Yoga. Kundalini is accessible to any beginner since we are not holding difficult poses. This form of yoga incorporates breath awareness exercises and repetitive movement. Its purpose is to help you access your full potential - your true self! Every class is unique and provides different benefits for your body, mind, and spirit. We work through all the chakras of the body. Each class starts with a gentle warm-up, a kriya (exercise set), and ends with a meditation. *Join this class virtually live or watch the replay (available for 6 days after class time).
