
At the end of October, Wonder & Grow Team Members, Valerie and Kate, attended an immersive, ten-day training at the Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Leadership School in the beautiful Massachusetts Berkshires.
Now, as certified Level 1 Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guides, our team can offer powerful nature-based experiences—combining forest bathing, Ayurveda, meditation, and practical outdoor skills—for people of all ages and backgrounds.
