Cultivate freedom in your body and your unconscious mind through mindful movement, kriyas, dance, and meditation in just 4 classes! Even if you’ve never done yoga before.
In the Yoga for Joy 4-week immersion. You will be guided through a journey of self-discovery, healing, and happiness. Each week, you will access workbook pages designed to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a fun and accessible way, and to inspire you to cultivate joy in your everyday life. Yoga is a holistic practice that integrates the body, mind, and spirit. It is not only a physical exercise, but also a way of living that promotes harmony, balance, and wellness. Yoga can help you improve your health, reduce stress, enhance your mood, and awaken your inner potential.
In the practices, you will find a variety of yoga activities that will challenge you, relax you, and delight you. You will explore different aspects of yoga, such as music, dance, relaxation, and meditation, and how they can enrich your practice and your life. You will also learn some practical tips and tools that will help you create your own joyful yoga routine.
In each class, you will focus on a different theme that relates to joy, and you will complete a series of reflections, exercises, and practices that will support your learning and growth. You will also have the opportunity to share your insights and experiences with other participants in the online community and get feedback from your teacher, Kate.
