Workplace Wellness Informational Session: We show participants how to make small changes to daily routines to build resilience in stressful circumstances. Our interactive presentation demonstrates tips/practices that support wellness in the workplace from our perspective as Wonder & Grow. Takeaways: -Learn the benefits of nature-based mindfulness -Cultivate self-awareness in the workplace -Respond rather than react to workplace stress -Learn simple tips/practices that support wellness to live a life that is thriving Other session topics may include: -Mindful Meetings & Company Culture -Mindful Communication -Mindful Movement & Yoga -Mindful Eating/Sensory Awareness & Lifestyle Practices -Community Connection -Mindfulness Based Resiliency These topic-specific sessions expand on what is taught during the informational session by fully immersing participants in Wonder & Grow practices. Wonder & Grow supports and guides participants through each hands-on experience so there is a full understanding of how to do them and how to include them regularly. Workplace Coaching: We also offer a variety of one on one and group coaching opportunities for employee teams in one coaching package. Coaching includes mindfulness-based resilience for the workplace and Wonder Coaching. Coaching would be tailored to fit the needs of the client exploring unique needs and life situations to provide individualized and group support in creating strategies to lead a more connected and inspired life. Practices may include meditation and mindfulness; nature-based practices to support mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being; mindful communication techniques; mindful leadership strategies; yoga and gentle movement; and reflection exercises; and will close each session with a gratitude and centering practice.
