Do you want to feel more joyful, playful, and peaceful this season? Do you want to awaken your inner energy, move your body with freedom, and dance with joy? Do you want to connect with yourself and others in a supportive and fun community? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this yoga class is for you! Join Kate for a 4-week journey to joy, where we will explore different practices to cultivate joy in our lives. Each week, we will have a live online class via Zoom and an in-person class (optional) where we will practice: Kundalini Awakening: A powerful yoga technique that activates the energy centers in your body and helps you release stress, anxiety, and negativity. Somatic Movement: A gentle and mindful way of moving that helps you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and sensations. Dance: A fun and expressive way of moving that helps you unleash your creativity and joy. Meditations: A variety of guided meditations that help you calm your mind, relax your body, and cultivate gratitude and happiness. Take Home Reflections: A set of questions and exercises that help you deepen your learning and apply the practices to your daily life. All classes will be recorded and available until January 1st, so you can watch them at your own pace and convenience. You will also have access to a private Facebook group where you can share your experiences, ask questions, and support each other. This yoga class is suitable for all levels of experience and ability. You don’t need any special equipment or clothing, just a comfortable space where you can move and breathe.
